Cancellations

Should you need to cancel your order, please phone the sales team at the soonest convenience on: 01707 268222. We regret we can not cancel an order if the metal has already been cut to size.

 

Returns

Our returns process varies depending on the reason for the return. Please follow the appropriate method from the options below:

Faulty Goods - In the unlikely event that your goods arrive damaged please call our helpline immediately. To conduct our investigation we may ask for photographic evidence of the damage so we can assess how it has happened. Once we have confirmed responsibility for the damage we will arrange for a replacement to be sent and the damaged goods to be collected.

Change of Mind - If you have changed your mind about the goods you have received, please call us on: 01707 268222 and let us know how you would like to proceed. We are happy to send a replacement and collect the unwanted item if returned in the same condition. An additional delivery fee may be charged as well as any difference in the cost of the replacement.

Received in Error - If you have received items that you did not order please call us on: 01707 268222 to arrange collection at a convenient time.
