These are the answers to the top questions about ordering our metal online.
How and when can I order?
If you know exactly what you want, the quickest way to order is through our website 24/7. Alternatively if you need further assistance you can contact our Sales team: Monday - Thursday 8.30am - 5.30pm and Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm on 01707 268222.

What's the cut-off time for placing an order?
You can place an order online any time or by phone between our office opening hours of 8.30am - 5.30pm & 4.30pm on Fridays. Lead time depends on the items ordered and destination, options are shown during the order process.

When do you confirm my item is available?
Item availability is displayed on the website against individual products. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is ready to be dispatched or collected.

What if my item is damaged?
In the unlikely event that your goods arrive damaged please call our helpline immediately. To conduct our investigation we may ask for photographic evidence of the damage so we can assess how it has happened. Once we have confirmed responsibility for the damage we will arrange for a replacement to be sent and the damaged goods to be collected.

Can I have a VAT receipt?
Yes. You can log-in to your account and print a VAT receipt.

Can I return an item if I don't want it?
If you have changed your mind about the goods you have received, please call us on: 01707 268222 and let us know how you would like to proceed. We are happy to send a replacement and collect the unwanted item if returned in the same condition. We do not accept items that have been cut to bespoke sizes. An additional delivery fee may be charged as well as any difference in the cost of the replacement.

Which payment methods can I use to place my order?
Orders can be placed on account to be settled within the terms agreed. For more information see our T's & C's. Alternatively, we have several other online payment methods. We accept most Debit & Credit Cards as well as Paypal. Or you can opt to pay over the phone with a card or set up a BACS payment.

Is it safe to send my debit/credit card details over the web?
Yes. We encrypt (safely lock in our system so no one can see) your payment card details using industry standard SSL technology to ensure they are completely safe.

If I don't want to pay online, what do I do?
Simply telephone our Sales team on 01707 268222 and one of our advisors will be happy to process your order by telephone using your payment card.

My delivery hasn't arrived yet, what should I do?
If you are expecting a courier to deliver your item and they have not turned up by 5.30pm, please make a note of your order number and call us on the next working day to investigate.

Help, I've ordered the wrong thing!
If you have ordered the wrong item please call us on: 01707 268222 and let us know how you would like to proceed. If the item/s are a standard size alloy and has been dispatched already, we will be happy to send a replacement and collect the unwanted item, if returned in the same condition. An additional delivery fee may be charged as well as any difference in the cost of the replacement. We regret we are unable to replace products that have been cut-to-size unless they have been cut in error.
